AirDam by PROSOCO is a gun-grade, STP (silyl-terminated polymer) sealant formulated for long-lasting, weather-tight performance. It seals around window and door assemblies to prevent outside air and water from entering, while keeping conditioned indoor air inside. Compatible with most air barrier systems, AirDam offers a single-component solution that’s immediately waterproof, easy to apply, and suitable for all climates.
Product Description
AirDam cures quickly to create a flexible, elastomeric seal that diverts water away from joints and helps reduce energy costs. Designed for both new construction and retrofit applications, it is ideal for use on all common frame materials, including vinyl, aluminum, and painted wood. The sealant is easy to tool, requires no priming, and can be applied in wet conditions to accelerate project timelines.
