Protectosil 300 S Deep Penetrating Concrete Sealer
Protectosil® 300 S is a premium, clear, penetrating, and breathable VOC-compliant surface treatment engineered for long-lasting concrete protection. Formulated with isobutylalkoxysilane, this high-performance sealer creates a deep hydrophobic barrier within the substrate, preventing water and waterborne contaminants from entering and causing premature deterioration. Unlike traditional sealers, Protectosil 300 S penetrates deeper into the pore structure, allowing it to form a uniform gradient of protection that ensures long-term performance, especially on high-wear surfaces such as bridge decks and heavy-traffic areas.

Common Applications
This sealer is designed for cast-in-place, precast, GFRC, and high-strength concrete structures to protect reinforcing steel from corrosion caused by water, deicing salts, and other aggressive agents. It is particularly effective on bridge decks where rapid drying minimizes traffic disruption, as well as on piers, coastal buildings, and any structure exposed to high salt concentrations. Protectosil 300 S is also suitable for treating heavy-traffic concrete pavements, airport runways, and other wearing surfaces requiring deep, consistent protection without altering friction or surface appearance.
Packaging & Shelf Life
Protectosil 300 S is available in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 250-gallon totes. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Shelf life is 12 months in original, unopened containers under recommended storage conditions.
