Akkro-7T

AKKRO-7T is a non-redispersible, liquid bonding admixture used to produce polymer-modified concrete and mortar. AKKRO-7T is a milky white, water-based emulsion of high solids acrylic polymers and modifiers. AKKRO-7T is non-yellowing and has excellent resistance to ultraviolet degradation, heat, and most common chemicals. AKKRO-7T does not alter the color of the mixture.

AKKRO-7T bonding admixture for Enhanced Concrete Bonding

AKKRO-7T is a high-performance, non-redispersable liquid bonding admixture formulated to enhance the bond, flexural, and tensile strength of concrete and mortar. Made from high solids acrylic polymers, this water-based admixture improves durability, reduces shrinkage, and offers excellent chemical resistance. Its milky white appearance does not alter the color of concrete or mortar, making it suitable for architectural and decorative finishes. AKKRO-7T is especially effective in increasing resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, ultraviolet degradation, and water penetration.

Key Benefits of Using AKKRO-7T bonding admixture

  • Increases flexural and tensile strength
  • Enhances bond strength for overlays and repair materials
  • Improves resistance to water, freeze-thaw cycles, and UV exposure
  • Minimizes shrinkage for a more stable cured product
  • Ideal for use in polymer-modified concrete and mortars

Common Applications

  • Cement toppings, coatings, and mortars
  • Leveling compounds, stucco, and terrazzo
  • Mixing liquid for TAMOSEAL, CONCRETE FINISHER, TAMMS SBC, and TAMMS STUCCO FINISH
  • Exterior wall finishes and bonding new concrete to old
