Eucoshot V Shotcrete Mix
Eucoshot V is a microsilica-modified, one-component shotcrete material that incorporates 1/2″ (13 mm) polypropylene micro-fiber and a crystalline water repellent component. Designed for use on vertical and overhead surfaces by dry shotcrete (gunite) application or by mixing with water as a wet-mix shotcrete, it delivers superior durability and resilience for interior and exterior applications.
Key Benefits of Eucoshot V
- Ready-to-use material requiring only water addition
- Low chloride salt permeability for long-lasting performance
- Freeze-thaw and sulfate resistance
- Low shrinkage properties for stable results
- High abrasion resistance with micro-fiber reinforcement
- Helps protect rebar and welded wire mesh from corrosion
Common Applications
- Gunite projects
- Utility structures
- Tunnels
- Mining operations
- Architectural and aesthetic applications
- Interior or exterior structural support
- Ground and soil stabilization
Packaging
Packaged in 50 lb (22.7 kg) moisture-resistant bags, 2,200 lb (1,000 kg) spout-bottom bags, and 3,300 lb (1,500 kg) bulk bags. Yield is approximately 0.42 ft³ (0.012 m³) per 50 lb bag when mixed with 2 to 2.4 qt (1.9 to 2.3 L) of water.
