Acoustical/Curtainwall Sealant is a one-component, synthetic butyl rubber sealant designed to reduce airborne sound transmission in wall assemblies and partition systems. Its non-skinning, non-hardening formulation makes it ideal for sealing critical gaps in soundproofing systems. Commonly used in lap joints and perimeter seals for polyethylene vapor barriers, it is compatible with polystyrene and other substrates.
