This Silyl-Terminated-Polymer (STP) product delivers superior weather protection by combining the flexibility of silicone with the toughness of polyurethane. It forms a seamless elastomeric membrane that resists air leaks and water intrusion, even during extreme weather events.
Product Description
Formulated for both new builds and retrofits, Cat 5 ICF can be applied directly to damp or dry substrates without primer, saving valuable time and eliminating delays. Once cured, it forms a continuous, monolithic membrane that withstands 155 mph winds and the drenching rains of a Category 5 hurricane. Furthermore, it complies with stringent VOC regulations and is compatible with most paints, sealants, and waterproofing systems, including self-adhered membranes and tapes.
