Product Description
3M™ Fire Barrier Mortar is a lightweight, gypsum-based powder that mixes with water to form a heat-shedding firestop for through-penetrations in the rated floor and wall assemblies. This ready-to-mix pumpable mortar is designed to help control the spread of fire, smoke, and noxious gases through penetrations while remaining easy to install and re-enterable. The mortar provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and expands slightly when heated to help maintain the firestop seal.
