Dry Pack Grout – Non-Shrink Structural Grout
Dry Pack Grout is a specialized, high-strength, cementitious grout formulated for use in structural baseplates, heavy machinery, and precast systems. It is engineered to be placed at a damp pack consistency where flowable or fluid grouts are not suitable. This non-shrink grout uses only natural aggregate and requires minimal water, making it ideal for tight, load-bearing applications that demand exceptional cohesion and compressive strength.
Key Benefits
- Highly cohesive mix at low water content
- Non-staining, concrete-like finish
- Chloride-free and corrosion resistant
- Exceptional compressive strength
- Long-term non-shrink performance
Common Applications
- Grouting of structural baseplates
- Support for heavy equipment and machinery
- Precast concrete element installation
Packaging
Available in 50 lb (22.7 kg) bags. When mixed with 0.55 to 0.70 gal (2.08 to 2.65 L) of water, yield is 0.40 ft³ (0.011 m³) of material.
