ExoAir® 110 is a self-adhered air and vapor barrier membrane designed for flashing and transition applications where a consistent 40-mil thickness is required. Manufactured with a durable SBS asphalt core and HDPE facer, ExoAir 110 offers excellent flexibility, waterproofing, and performance for sealing critical transitions such as window openings, door frames, sheathing seams, and penetrations. With its simple peel-and-stick design, this membrane reduces labor time and enhances jobsite efficiency. The product is compatible with all Tremco fluid-applied air barriers and performs reliably across a wide range of temperatures.

Packaging & Installation

ExoAir 110 is available in 75′ (22.8 m) rolls with 6″, 9″, and 12″ width options to fit common jobsite needs. It is applied directly to clean, dry surfaces above 20 °F (-6 °C). Primer may be required depending on substrate porosity. The membrane conforms well to irregular surfaces and transitions, ensuring full coverage and a tight seal. For best results, press the membrane firmly to eliminate air pockets and use a roller to enhance adhesion.
