Masonry water repellent Sure Klean® Weather Seal H40 by PROSOCO is a deep-penetrating solution that strengthens and protects brick, natural stone, stucco, terra cotta, historic concrete, and cast stone surfaces. H40 chemically bonds within porous materials to reduce water penetration, strengthen soft mortar, and extend service life without trapping moisture. It prevents biological regrowth such as mold, mildew, and lichens while allowing surfaces to breathe naturally.
