Protectosil CHEM-TRETE 40 D – Water Repellent & Consolidant
Protectosil® CHEM-TRETE® 40 D is a clear, penetrating, breathable water repellent and surface consolidant designed for exterior above-grade stone, brick masonry, and natural stone applications. Its silane/silicate formulation penetrates deep into the substrate, chemically bonding to the surface to create long-lasting water repellency without altering appearance. This barrier reduces water ingress, helping to protect against chloride ion intrusion, acid rain, deicer scaling, efflorescence, and other surface deterioration.
