Product Description
Protectosil® 300C is a clear, penetrating, breathable surface treatment for concrete. This solvent-free silane technology chemically bonds with silica to form a permanent attachment of the water-repellent molecule. It creates a deep hydrophobic barrier that prevents the ingress of water and waterborne contaminants, reducing premature deterioration. The corrosion inhibitor component migrates into the steel reinforcement, forming a protective layer and mitigating active corrosion, including both microcell and macrocell corrosion mechanisms.

Limitations
- Not suitable for below-grade waterproofing
- Do not apply below 20°F (-6.5°C) or above 100°F (38°C)
- Do not apply if rain or wind is expected within 4 hours
- Allow 48 hours drying if surface has been rained on
- May leave residue on glass or metals
