Spray Wrap MVP is PROSOCO’s advanced, fluid-applied air and water-resistive barrier designed for cavity wall systems, EIFS, stucco, and other building envelopes. It features improved viscosity for better sprayability while retaining the same trusted performance. This single-component barrier prevents air leakage and stops bulk water intrusion without trapping vapor, ensuring both protection and breathability for wall systems.
Product Description
Applied as a batter-like pink liquid, Spray Wrap MVP dries into a seamless, rubberized, water-resistant membrane that conforms to varied substrates. It creates a continuous barrier that minimizes risk of water damage, mold, and structural issues, while allowing trapped moisture within walls to escape. This makes it ideal for both commercial and residential use, especially in variable weather conditions where quick drying and flexibility are essential.
