StuccoPrime | Flexible Liquid Lath Primer for Stucco Over Air Barriers
StuccoPrime by PROSOCO is a single-component, solvent-free primer interface designed to prepare CMU, masonry, and concrete surfaces for direct-applied stucco. This gray, viscous liquid acts as a flexible liquid lath, forming a chemical and mechanical bond between stucco and previously treated surfaces like R-Guard Cat 5™ or FastFlash®. Its slow-drying formula allows wet-on-wet application, reducing labor time and improving bond strength as stucco cures evenly.
Product Description
With 100% active content and a 2-year shelf life, StuccoPrime is elastomeric, breathable, and will not emulsify when exposed to water. The formulation complies with all known VOC regulations and contains no isocyanates. Designed for compatibility with most cementitious materials, StuccoPrime preserves the integrity of waterproofing membranes while enhancing stucco adherence even in demanding conditions.
