Silane 40 is a clear, penetrating silane water repellent designed for horizontal and vertical concrete and masonry surfaces. This 40% active alcohol-based solution offers protection from water intrusion and deicing salts by forming a chemical bond within the substrate. It maintains surface breathability and leaves little to no surface residue.
